Life Is A Song
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” — Aadil Palkhivala
✨ Life is a song. ✨
It follows its own rhythm, harmonizing the symphony of all things, composed of major and minor keys of polarity. Through the blending of opposites, life creates harmony, uniting the whole into a grand, intricate melody. The purpose of our existence is to learn through experience, to appreciate the lessons of life, and to harmonize with the greater whole.
As we navigate through life, especially in these uncertain times, remember to extend extra love, time, and patience to those closest to you—and to yourself.
Know that our highest purpose, or dharma, is the discovery of our truest self— that part of us which is indestructible and infinite: our spirit. Every part of our journey has its own way of revealing our spirit to us. Even the toughest and most challenging moments reflect our deepest truths. Trust that wherever you are on your path, it is perfect for your journey of self-discovery, and it all has its purpose.
