I’m Kelly McCann—a movement educator, mentor, and wellness advocate based in Richmond, BC. With a background spanning yoga, fitness, and dance, I help people build strength, confidence, and connection through inclusive and accessible movement practices.

My journey blends both academic study and hands-on experience. I hold an MFA in Performance & Choreography, a BA in Ballet/Kinesiology, and a Ministry of Education Teaching Certificate. I’m also a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders (Yoga Fitness) and Supervisor of Fitness Leaders (Group Fitness). Alongside these, I also hold certifications in weight training and older adult fitness, giving me the tools to support people at every stage of their movement journey. This multidisciplinary foundation allows me to design learning experiences that are both technically sound and deeply inclusive.

Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, advancing your teaching practice, or seeking professional development, I’m here to support your journey. My goal is to create spaces that feel welcoming, empowering, and accessible—so you can move with confidence and purpose. Ready to explore your next step? Check out my courses and mentorship offerings, or reach out directly—I’d love to connect.
